World Maths Day
There was a whole lot of fun in Primary 3 as everyone joined in lots of practical maths activities as part of World Maths Day. We started the day off by displaying our number items on our clothes. We also had a number joke shared by Paidi in our classroom which was very entertaining!
We completed problem solving with numbers to find all the different ways to make number values using an abacus with different arrangements of beads/cubes or counters. We enjoyed working in teams or with a partner.
We completed live Mathletics in the computer room and had a fun time playing interactively against our friends in the classroom.
To finish our day, we joined in Maths activities organised by Mr. Hanna with the help of P6/7 pupils.
Well done and thank you to everyone involved!
