This is the third week of Well-being Club and what a fantastic time everyone has had so far.
The children in P3 have really enjoyed writing in their Well-being Journals at the start of each session.
Over the past few weeks the children have enjoyed practising their breathing techniques, planting summer flowers and doing some fantastic yoga poses. They have enjoyed having chats about what to do when they feel a certain way, about how we are all different and unique and about how to be kind to others!
