P7 have been completing their WAU topic of energy.
We most recently looked at climate change and renewable energy. Ann-Marie from Sustran completed a carbon footprint workshop with both P7 classes. During the workshop, children used a traffic light system to indicate how they travelled to and from school, with red meaning they arrived in a car, amber meaning they arrived on a bus and green meaning they walked or cycled.
On the inside of their "carbon footprints", pupils listed some ways they will try to combat climate change.
