Let's get ready to rumble!
In one of P7s recent PE sessions, they decided to have a little fun whilst developing their strength and coordination!
We used the same exercises Dublin GAA use in their training sessions. Some of the exercises included plank with handshake, assisted jumps, help-ups and open the parcel.
The children had a great laugh working against their partners despite being exhausted at the end!
It is something we look forward to trying again in PE.
