A great start today to Child Mental Health Week 2022. This years theme is Growing Together and we can all grow physically, mentally and spiritually together.
P7 helped some P1 pupils to make a start on our Positivity Garden by planting some beautiful flowers 🌸 This will continue the rest of this week.
We also made a start on making our Positivity Rocks 🎨
We also put on the galaxy light today, turned on some calm music and had a really Mindful Monday by using our High5 to breathe in and out!
We are looking forward to the week ahead 🥰
