P7 do ‘Well-being Wednesday'

P7 and Mrs B had a very enjoyable Yoga session today as part of Child Mental Health Week and PE!
We discussed how Yoga can help with well-being, relaxation, flexibility, posture, focus, concentration and physical strength.
Inbetween the ‘relaxation’ we had a few laughs at trying to do some of the poses!!
