Due to the postponement of the Tokyo 2020 Olympics, P5 took it upon themselves to have a mini Olympic Games! The games consisted of 8 different events that not only tested the strength and speed of each pupil, but also their mental skills such as focus and determination!
The 8 events consisted of: a sprint, medicine ball throw, standing long jump, agility square, speed bounce, high plank, wall hand pass, and bounce run.
Well done to all pupils! We got some outstanding results that we can now incorporate into future maths work, such as decimals, conversion of units, and finding an average!
We will also be able to see just how much each pupil has improved should we do the events again :)
