Our topic for this term is 'Out of this World'
We have been learning about light and shadows recently. We developed our language by learning new words such as transparent, translucent and opaque. Ask us at home to tell you what these mean.
This week, we explored what type of objects make the best shadows, and how we can change a shadow. We learned that the closed an object is to a light source, the bigger the shadow as the object can block more light. We explored this by making tin-foil sculptures, and using them to make shadows on the wall in the classroom.
We are Super Scientists in P.3/4.
