During Children's Mental Health Week, Primary 1 did some fruit tasting. The children walked to Lidl to look at the fruits they had to offer. They bought 13 different fruits and had a tasting session when they got back to school. The children were encouraged to try all the fruits as they have been learning how good fruit is for them. It was a very fun lesson and we now have some exotic fruit lovers in Primary 1! The children also got to enjoy a trip to the new outdoor area at Castle Park. Lots of exercise, fun and fresh air was had by all, improving everyone's mood, mindset and energy levels.
