P6/7 have been learning about measure lately and they decided to take their learning outdoors!
Pupils recorded long jumps and sprints in different groups. We then went back to the classroom and used our data to answer a number of questions relating to decimals, estimation, rounding, and averages. Pupils were also given simple formulas to workout how fast they ran in metres per second and kilometres per hour!
